OLEDB Provider support for SQLBase 3.0

Hi,
I am using a very old version of SQLBase (ver 3.0). I want to connect
to it using OLEDB consumer templates (in VC++). I want to know if
SQLBase 3.0 has got OLE DB Provider with it.I know that later version
of SQLBase come with their OLE DB Provider using which it is possible
to connect via OLE DB consumer ( I can connect to SQLBase 8.0 using
OLEDB Consumer templates). So I want to find out if the same can be
done with version 3.0.
