After installing a web deployment and running deploy20.exe I tried to
install PTF1. But the setup said "Centura Team Developer 2000 has not
been found. The patch cannot be applied"!

Do not start the PTF from file explorer.
Start the command prompt, set the directory to the PTF directory and use
"setup.exe c:\program files\centura" if the cdlli20.dll is situated in
c:\program files\centura. This will work.
