Hi all,

i'm just trying to evaluate the Centura Web Extensions.
I'm using Vers. 1.5.1 no PTF on Win95 with Sambar as Web-Server with
CGI-Interface.

Everything is well installed, e.g. I could access the sample page
(island.htm).
But if I start the CGI-Query (e.g. "Splash") nothing happens.

The AppConsole and the needed service is running, but is never
accessed.

Running CWCGI.EXE directly in console-mode gives me some HTML output,
esp. "a problem has occured accessing a web server variable".
But which one ?
And if I run it via CGI I didn't get even this message.

Anyone out there who could give me a hint what's going wrong ?

Stephan

Check your HTML - Page maybe the URL's are not correct (after the
installation).Check also if the webserver is running.

Thxs for your response.

I didn't find out (yet) whats going wrong, but it must be an issue of
the web server (Sambar).
Doing the same with an Apache running, everything works fine.

Nevertheless I'm still searching for a clue.
