CDK documentation

Does anyone know of additional documentation for CDK? I have been looking at
some examples and they are not so easy to track because of the superficial
documentation that comes with the product.

My main problems are:
- The examples uses several SalOutlineXXX functions, which I can see no
reference to in any documentation
- The notification interface is kind of documented, but there is no
indication of how to use it. The sample provided (notify.app) uses a
completely different approach (using undocumented SalOutlineXXX calls).
- The documentation for cdkXXX classes is incomplete and very superficial.
So far, however, I have been able to stumble through these classes to cover
my needs.

Anyone sitting on some knowledge/documents?

But you can have a look to CDK help file, which presents all classes
necessary to explore and manipulate outline...
