movable objecrts at runtime

I would like to make Objects (ie datafields movable, by mouse) at runtime.
Is this possable?

You could capture the mouse down message, change the
control's position with every mouse move and capture
mouse up to know when moving is finished.
I remember that somebody posted a sample quite some
time ago but don't remember where and when. Maybe
somebody else has a better memory than me and tell us?
