Dear Members and Friends,
Superintending Engineer of M.S.E.D.C.L has requested us to inform
everyone that consumers are liable for action and penalty if there is
unauthorized sublet of industrial gala for other than declared
activities. Also all consumers are requested to inform M.S.E.D.C.L if
there is a change in declared activity to help M.S.E.D.C.L charge the
appropriated tariff and hence avoid unnecessary penalties. We have
replied to M.S.E.D.C.L regarding more clarity on this matter. Please
refer to the attachments.
