Dear Friends,Please find attached copy of the order in case of our review petition regarding approval of higher O&M expenses to MSEDCL by MERC in its Tariff Order dt 26/06/2015...The order is totally un reasoned. In Appellate Tribunal of Electricity, New Delhi, we have full scope to succeed. But the expenses are much more. Still then I have filed Appeal, now it is admitted & further hearing will be in next month.I need your help in this matter. If you can contribute for this purpose, please send possible contribution immediately. I have taken all necessary efforts i.e. preparation to file appeal, appoint advocate, briefing to him & all concerned things. We had applied for concession in fees & APTEL pleased to accept Rs 30000 instead of Rs 1 Lakh as fees. Still then Advocate, Other & Total expenses will be @ Rs 2.5 to 3 Lakhs...I have also attached copy of our power point presentation in this matter.
