As reply for your question, as we know all, a critical element of pastoral livelihoods is mobility, therefore Communication among them and other is difficult, due to their mobility and remoteness, and the poorly-developed infrastructure in their areas. but In Sudan either part of the family moving with livestock while others remains settled in their villages (called transhumance), or entire families remaining settled, and hiring labor to move with the herd, so in region like Sudan we can use means of communication I mentioned before easily to disseminate our best practices.
