Product returns to us are simple and practical. All products, both opened and unopened, must be returned within 30 days of delivery. In Tint & Tighten's sole discretion, the order may become ineligible for a refund if the merchandise isn't returned. We work hard to complete and deliver your order as quickly as we can. Depending on the size of your order, shipping costs vary. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after being received. Standard Shipping: Orders sent by this method typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Only shipments to the contiguous United States are eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping orders usually take two to three business days to arrive. (Expedited shipping is not available at this time.)
Estimated delivery times are liable to change. We cannot guarantee delivery dates because the shipping industry is so erratic. Depending on the location, the time between placing an order and delivery will change. For all orders within the 48 contiguous states, standard shipping is free.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories, as well as Canada, may be subject to additional shipping and processing charges. The cost of other international shipping varies and is determined by weight and destination. Only orders within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada are shipped by us.
