How can I see where my order is in the process?
You will get an email from us letting you know when your purchase has left our warehouse, along with a tracking number you can use to check on its progress. Please give the tracking information 48 hours to become accessible. Exchanges, refunds, and returns

Return Policy for Holidays
We know that gifts are bought far in advance of the Christmas season and that the recipients won't get them until December 25th. The return window has been extended by SquareKeg until January 25, which is 30 days after Christmas. You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy. I have no questions! Your item must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Issues and damages
Please check your purchase when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or faulty so we can look into it and make it right.
Exceptions and things that cannot be returned
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items that have had etchings or logos added. If you have inquiries or concerns regarding a particular item, do get in touch.

Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest approach to ensuring that you receive what you want.
