The Happiness workshop is The Art of Living's flagship workshop, containing tools and techniques to lead a _happy, healthy and stress free life._
The crux of the workshop is *Sudarshan Kriya*, a powerful breathing exercise that eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression. Leaving the mind calm, focused and the body completely relaxed and energised.
