This is to bring to your attention that we have a fire escape platform beside our flat C-1301. People from higher floors are throwing garbage and spitting out from above. All this lands on the fire escape platform beside our kitchen. Even the maintenance staff is fed-up and keep complaining. 

You are requested to please take stern action against the culprits immediately.
