Dear All, 

The general maintenance charge was increased a year ago by 50  paise per square ft and therefore made Rs2.00 from Rs 1.50 per sft. 

Can someone clarify as to when was it increased to ₹ 2.10 as being asked to pay in the mail below. And if the increase was approved by Agm/Egm . 

Ramesh Babu, please check if it's due to a typing error in the circular

All the residents are requested to pay the Maintenance charges for the period from 1st April,2020 to 30th September, 2020 @ Rs. 2.10 per sft per month (Six months) in Advance towards General Maintenance charges.

Please make cheque In Favouring  ‘Fortune Towers Owners Welfare Association’

Last date for the above payments, without any penalty, is 30-04-2020.

If paid in May,2020 late fee will be Rs.1000/-

If Paid in June,2020 late fee will be Rs.2000/-
