Grocery delivery by security guard

Dear Sir, 

I saw the security guard delvering  a parcel of curd in  a small parcel to my neighbour  C201 He said it was from the delivery store as it was 'urgent'

If this is us the case please specify what 'emergency' is so that all residents of Fortune Towers can avail the facility
