Continuous disturbance for us in flat D-1301

Hi All,

Like I spoke in EC meeting on Sunday, we are continuously being disturbed at nights by D-1401 resident. Its either loud music, parties, dropping and dragging stuff on floor of their flat which makes huge noise for us or a lot of shouting. We have been dealing with this for over a year, approached maintenance office multiple times, wrote letters and also requested the owner of D-1401 directly. Nothing is working. Even last 3-4 nights this is happening and it goes on till 3 AM or 4 AM. Even security folks have requested but no use.

 

We really need help on this matter as we are unable to sleep peacefully and kids are unable to study. Due to lack of sleep, my younger kid could not even go to school yesterday. Initially loud music was being played even during day time and we requested the owner not to play that. We are being disturbed too much both during days and nights.

 

Please let me know if you need any other details as we are tired of this situation and want a permanent solution on this. All we need is a peaceful sleep which we are being deprived of.

Dear All,

This issue was highlighted during the meeting held on 6th Jan by Mr. Chandra Shekar. 

I will request Mr. Ramesh (Estate Manager) to request the owner of D-1401 to reduce the volume of music after certain timings. 

Incase the same is repeated again then a formal complaint can be lodged with Madhapur Police Station.

Issues like this have to be addressed and resolved immediately.

Today, Mr. Chandra Shekar is facing it. Tomorrow it could be me or anyone else.
