First Come Voters list Please ... Before Announcement of Elections.

Dear Election Officer,  Executive Committee, 

       I want to Humbly submit that Voters List is to be published displayed publicly near the Office area and the Lift Area so that everyone can view and examine. Ample time is to be given for pursuing the list and authenticity.  The idea is to see that more Owners participation in the Election and share the Responsibilities. 

      Without display of Voter list, fixing of Election Date is invalid. Every Owner's Name Address Contact number should be confirmed before the Election Process Begins. 

    I strongly oppose the unilateral decision of Fixing of Election Date. This is not a closely held issue. These decisions should shared and discussed by every Owner residing in premises. 

   My Humble request is to display the Voters List first.

List of Scrutinized Nominations       : Before 5.00 pm on 16-02-2016

Withdrawal of Nominations             : Up to 5.00 pm on 17-02-2016

Proxy forms Submission                  : Before 5.00 pm on 17-02-2016

Valid Voters List & Proxy’s List        : 19-02-2016

Election Date                                   : 21.02.2016

Counting of Votes & Results             : 4.00 pm on 21.02.2016
