Who can take action regarding an unsolved maintenance problem in A 704, F Towers?

​We at Flat A-704, are experiencing continual maintenance problems in our toilets. This has been pointed out to the Estate Manager. Many times he and several others have come and seen this when we complained. Some inept contractors (I do not want to name them here) have been sent to rectify, money was charged to us and still the problems continue. The following is a pic of our guest toilet.  This is the job that was done less than six months back. This is a leak from Flat A804. This picture speaks for itself showing from when this problem is continuing !!!

​There is a leak from the MBR toilet’s tiles. Water is getting wasted. Repair was done, tiles were replaced and money was taken from us.  Still the problems continue. The in-house plumber comes and tells that someone is coming! This will become a bigger problem soon when it reaches Flat A604!​

We would like to know who else to be approached and when action will be taken!
