There are only 2 days left until National Public Lands Day - the ExtraORDinary, Outdoor Volunteer Adventure on the Fort Ord National Monument. The Fort Ord National Monument is all about conserving natural resources, enhancing and improving recreation opportunities, and honoring the military heritage of this special place. Volunteers at the event will be treated to a free lunch and entertainment courtesy of FORT Friends www.fortordfriends.org at the intersection of Jack’s Road and Skyline Road (Lightfighter LZ) following the work projects.
