Qdoba Mexican Grill is a Mexican kitchen where anyone can come to enjoy a fresh, handcrafted meal prepared right in front of them. Qdoba showcases food that celebrates its passion for high-quality ingredients, a menu full of innovative flavors, handcrafted preparation and inviting service. With an extensive menu and wide variety of unique menu items, every guest can find a culinary creation sure to satisfy their taste buds.

At Qdoba, guests are able to walk through the line and watch as we craft their entre, allowing all meals to be completely customized to fit guests' taste preferences and dietary needs. Guests start by selecting an entre they'd like to try, choosing from a number of popular options: tacos, burritos, naked burritos (sans tortilla), taco salads, quesadillas, nachos, tortilla soup and more. Guests then walk down the line selecting their toppings and fresh ingredients along the way like 100% vegetarian black or pinto beans, flavorful meats or veggies, five distinct salsas, hand-smashed guacamole, signature sauces like our 3-Cheese Queso and more.

Harper Dining Hall (meal swipe +2 dining dollars) offers a performance plate menu including fresh vegetables, salad options, fruits, starches or carbohydrates, and lean proteins. Some Bluejay favorites include the smoothies and yogurt bar.

Creighton offers three meal plan options accounting for dining hall trips and dining dollars loaded onto your Creighton ID that can be utilized at any retail locations on campus. The cost of each plan is the same with the difference being the number dining hall visits versus dining dollar amount.

All on-campus residents will be automatically enrolled in a meal plan. Meal Plans are required for all first- and second-year students living on campus. A student's meal plan enrollment and options selection can be changed during the first full week of classes each semester in the NEST. Students who live off-campus are eligible to enroll in a meal plan.

Whether it's deciding how to navigate the dining hall or planning nutritious snacks for the week, our Registered Dietitian is available to develop strategies for dietary goals, ingredient allergies sensitivities, tasty recipes and much more.

This menu guide includes dairy-free options first, followed by custom order components to build-your-own bowl, burrito, taco, or salad at Qdoba. Be aware of special order requirements in parentheses () next to the menu items, and see the Heads Up notes to help fill in the blanks.

Heads Up! The above are chef-crafted entrees from Qdoba that are either dairy-free as is or with the custom order notes in parentheses. But you can also choose to Build-Your-Own using the menu items below.

Menus, ingredients, kitchen procedures, management, food sourcing, and restaurant protocols are subject to change at any time. Always read the menu and discuss your dietary needs with the staff before ordering. Make sure they can accommodate your situation. There is always a risk for potential cross-contamination of allergens in any commercial kitchen. If cross-contamination is an issue for you, always speak with the manager to ensure that your meal can be safely prepared. Listings here do not guarantee that a restaurant is safe enough for your individual needs. Only you can make that decision.

Each location of a chain restaurant has different management and staff, and some might have different owners. This means differences in processes, ingredients used, menu options, and food sourcing can occur. Always verify the safety of your order for your needs at your current location.

On a road trip over the holidays our best option was to stop at Qdoba. Thankfully, one of the team members was very versed with their allergen menu, including which products contain soybean oil (my son reacts to oil).

That note has been added. But please be aware that soy oil is never required to be disclosed since highly refined oil is not considered allergenic by the FDA. If soy oil is a concern for you, always speak with the company / restauarant / producer to discuss ingredients and ingredient sources.
