What are some songs that are so beautiful that you would forget everything for that moment ? Of course what works for one might not work for others. So, let me rephrase it. What are some songs that we can all agree are so beautiful that they would haunt us for a lifetime ? Mind you that I said Indian which includes every Indian song including all the *wood songs, indie, traditional, folk and everything that is Indian.
Edit 3: What's with you guys ? I thought r/India had a lot of people who spoke languages other than Hindi. I can see only a single Tamil and Telugu song. Please add songs from other languages too.
when your bread and butter depends on creativity than i guess you need to get inspired to ensure quality and most importantly quantity :P

RD Burman 'reused' his own tunes too....how many songs did he make on 'Mehbooba o Mehbooba...' tune...I heard few of them...all composed by RD.
But he was a good composer and used different instruments.
