Somehow I could not realize the problem about my missing emails, but still I think it is not too late to proceed.

Well done Gazi - this is very exciting.

I am in work next week and normally don't finish til 6pm, I dont think I can escape during the day as lots of regs are at the BOA. Any time after that should be fine.
I might be able to get out of the Friday Pm teaching slot if needed.

The other subject I would like to address is the table of tasks and deadlines. I think that if we want to stop falling behind and know at one moment who is working on what, and what's the situation with that task, this is fundamental.

I attach the following table. If Caglar could put it online, like google docs, everybody could fill in (and expand the fields if someone fells it's necessary, of course). This way I feel we could be more organized, thus more productive, with our projects.

I strongly agree and appreciate your ideas Nick! 

Just an additional suggestion, we have to take place actively in OB website as well, which will increase our recognition. We can be one of the authors in the website or we can take care of one or more chapters as FORTE team. And correspondingly we can ask them to promote FORTE in OB website.

 

 

So here are the ideas:

 

1) To co-organize an educational sessions such as  seminars within our future congress (EFORT-ESSKA-FORTE congress..) (NP) 

2)To co-organize an educational  series of webinars (NP)

3) To get a certificate of attendance with CME credits generated from FORTE  (NP)

4) To take an active position as an author for OB website (GH)

5) To ask for promotion of FORTE through website(GH)

Konu: FORTE update, Orthobullets, sessions, tasks and deadlines

Dear all,

I will be present in the meeting on Tuesday. This is a great opportunity to discuss our potential of collaboration. 

I believe that one of the general idea is to work with Orthobullet's  to co-organize an educational session specifically focused on Trainees.

Now, here are some ideas I have: This can be done as part of a seminar, inside our future congress,  a series of webinars for trainees, (e.g the first Wed of every month) and get a certificate of attendance with CME credits generated from FORTE …etc. 

We will see how the discussion will go and I can start proposing these things to Derek. Looking forward for everybody's ideas!!

For the newsletter, I will contact EFORT to check timeline and space. We can include the UEMS meeting update and the talk of Dr Villar that Vide edited. If there is space, I will also write something presenting FORTE- EFORT collaboration, future goals, etc. I am thinking also to generate something more scientific too. I will check and keep you updated.

I agree with Vide for the tasks table, please find some of my input included.

For our Session in London, I am waiting to hear from 2 guys  I know (one for infection and one in Scoliosis) if they will attend EFORT and I ll let you know.

For the ESSKA session, do we have a specific plan?  I remember Bram was responsible for organizing these, I will write to him on the status but we need to act soon on this.
