Hi guys,

as you know, I've request Dr. Cassiano Neves and Stephen Cannon for their support regarding a fixed address and base. They are willing to help us but they need to know how much we need from them, because if it is too much, it will come with a price.

For now I'll be asking only for an address (the same as theirs) and that someone would email us the incoming mail (that would be residual).

I think they will provide us this without costs.

My questions are:

- Should we ask them for fixed secretary support? Or should we ask only for occasional secretary support?

- How are we with the website? Do I need to mention this?

PS - Please take note that I've included Luis Machado, Portuguese resident, in this conversation. He's appointed as a new member of the Educational Committee, so I thought we should start including him as well.
