FORTE general assembly

Dear My Friends,

I have prepared a draft program me for FORTE general assembly in February.

Please put your suggestions and after finilization  I will share it with EFORT team and wait for their response.

I wil push all national societies to select their national representative and send to the meeting..

Please review the program me and put your recommendations in RED color by the 18th of July (Next Friday)

Thanks for your contribution which I believe is quite important. 

i completely agree with your recommendations and would like you to write the final program according to your draft ( if everybody agrees).

I don’t want to be late in terms of getting contact with EFORT about the general assembly

Dear all,

Very good work!

I briefly saw the structure that Joao suggests and I believe we need to adapt it, since it is more formal for General Assembly.

I have added the following topics as well.  FORTE session in Prague, EBOT exam, Fellowships, Book Series, upcoming FORTE Conference(?), that could be mentioned somewhere in the program. I know that this adds a lot to an already heavy schedule, so we can exclude some of these (or include them in the communications). Another concern is that this is a 2 day program (Friday/Saturday) and this put as in the position that these people need to sleep somewhere, so it adds accommodation to the expenses of travel as well. (Are the National Societies going to cover for this expense too? I do not believe that we can cover this, right? Is EFORT willing to cover anything else apart from the office use?)

Thank you for your outstanding suggestions. Regarding them I have finalized the program and I believe it is ready to send.

I also share your concerns Nick about the expenses but it  deserve for trying, we have to believe ourselves that we will overcome 

Any way,  If you approve guys I will send to EFORT and let see what will happen
