I prepared a letter for EFORT in order to send it to the other national orthopedics societies.

Please put your decisions and review it by the end of Friday

then I will send it to EFORT head office

If I don’t get any response it means positive

sorry for the delay to reply the emails. Crazy 2 weeks of work... 

Well, once again, strong work!

It's one of our most important initiatives at this time! We need to gather and establish strong contacts.

Only then we can move further!

I've made changes after Nick suggestions. I've added some questions in green.

I think the letter is fine. Please find my edits in the attached text.

I added some things about FORTE (aims) so they would know who we are. I also mentioned that we already are in contact with the resident societies, so to avoid responses like  “Ok, talk to them directly”.

The General assembly is set to be in Prague, right?

sorry for the delay to reply the emails. 

I agree with the changes made by Joao.

I think that the best way to contact the residents that now are not inside the FORTE  will be to send our letter to the Secretary of the Orthopaedic Association of these countries, akin them to forward our message to their residents.

What do you think about it ?

I can prepare a list of emails…

this 6 countries, please provide updated information.

second letter will say, 

well, you have 42 members, but we have 17.
