İ strongly appreciated your special interest to the topic and the Summit. 
 
İ agree with you about the format further texts. And will write regarding your suggestions. 
 And for this text i would be happy if you could chage the "I" to "we" as you mentioned.

I had your article on the February Summit forwarded by Susan Rapp from Slack, as it is about event promotion and therefore fits into the EFORT pages.
 
Please find attach a copy of your article with slight edits. Let me know if all is ok for you.
Fyi, I had to remove the agenda of the summit, as we usually don’t get to this level of details. 
Prof. Kjaersgaard-Andersen and myself also believe it will push interested people to get directly in touch with you in order to get more details, and therefore more connections for you to make.
 
Then if you allow me, I would again strongly advise you that for upcoming issues, it would be more appropriate to get FORTE texts
in a more article format than a letter format (eg: no salutations/regards in introduction & closing; preferred use of impersonal form such as we/FORTE/it instead of the personal pronoun “I”). Many thanks for your consideration.
