disclamer draft

Dear all, 

I've completed the rough draft of the disclamer. 

Please read carefully and we shall excel this disclamer together.

I especially ask advice on legal stuff, since it is about the UK law :)

Oscar stated in his e-mail that we should keep in mind these 4 points when writing the disclamer:

a)      FORTE mission & vision

b)      FORTE deliverables/objectives/ responsibilities vs its members

c)       What FORTE do with personal data provided – e.g. by abstracts submitters

d)      Your legal status – regulations under to which FORTE is registered (UK laws), that seems to me are a bit unclear and can threatened your organisation bit as well EFORT reputation if you do not have clear information available reading your status (e.g. the fact that FORTE is registered as ORTE with the “F” in UK)

Please keep these points in mind when reading this disclamer. 

Please pay special attention to the parts where I've highlighted.
