Parkour Classes are now available through Mountain Gymnastics in Fort Collins, Colorado!!!

What: Awesome Parkour & Freerunning Classes

 

When: Class starts THIS WEDNESDAY the 30th September from 8.30pm to 10pm.

 

Where: Mountain Gym is located at 419 E. Stuart Street, Fort Collins, Co, 80525. (970) 482-3118  E-mail: inf...@mountain-kids.com Mountain Gymnastics is a fantastic facility with a very large spring floor, multiple high bars, a foam pit, balance beams, & many other great resources!!!

How Much: $72 for 6 weeks of classes (works out to $12 a class) or $15 to just drop in on a class

 

What's Happening: Parkour classes will have a fun structure, focused on proper technique, conditioning, safety, & progressive advancement.

 

Legals: All participants must sign necessary waivers. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waivers as well.

Hey Logan, who teaches the class? What goes on during the class? I know you're trying to set up a lot, but some more details about the class itself would be nice.

    Good to hear from you! I am the main teacher & Taric of Mountain Gym is also helping me. He will deal with more of the Flips-side of instruction. Each class will start with a warm-up and have instruction & guided practice of various Parkour Movements. The end of each class will usually be focused more on conditioning. This will be uniquely different then the Open gyms you've been to before :-) Does that answer your questions?
