to Fort Collins Parkour
So this is to report my injury from Saturday. About 6-7 weeks ago I
twisted my ankle. Nothing too bad but that consequently led to me
twisting that same ankle again on Saturday. The thing that's really
annoying is that I twisted my ankle on a Tiny bump. When I say Tiny, I
mean the width of my finger Tiny. Freak Accident much! All I was doing
was running. This could have happened walking! Very Frustraiting! but
what is is what is.
The first few days after, I couldn't walk on it. Consequently I
won't make it tonight to Mountain Gym. On a good note, I am healing
faster then expected but I'm not sure I'll make it out even on
Saturday. I will be conditioning a bunch to rejuv. this ankle back to
being stronger then it was before, but I'm gonna be smart about it &
not push it too far.
On a Side Note: My Suggestion for Saturday is Don't go to Old Town
- 4th of July Celebration - Lots of people. Best to not go where
trouble is :-) Go the Weekend After. Keep Training! I look forward to
seeing you all soon!
