It's come up that people desire a Conditioning-Only day. I have a few
good ideas for this & would like to get those going. This Next Monday
the 22nd June I'd like to run one. This is not a regular conditioning
day, as in we're not doing this every Monday. But if we start a
focused conditioning day then we're more likely to make it happen. My
questions are Do people have interest? If so, what sort of a workout
would you all like this time? I have 2 main ones in my head: 1 is
heavy on the cardio & running, the other is Heavy on the Strengthening.

i think if we can combine the two, that would give us a more complete
workout, or were you thinking that we would alternate workouts?

Both Workouts are rough enough on there own, Trust me :-) And they aren't exclusive. There will be running in the strengthening & Vise-Versa. It's just more focued on it. They are also @ 2 different locations.

So Monday meet at CSU track 4:30pm. Doing the running focused
practice. We'll do a light warm-up, time our mile runs then finish out
with the rest of the work out. Should be about an hour. See you there!
