Anyone playing with Google Chrome yet? I've been running it since
last night and am really impressed with it's speed compared to IE 7
and FF 3. FF 3.1 is supposed to have some speed enhancements, so that
gap may close soon. Other than that the clean UI and home page are my
favorite features so far. I highly doubt it will make a dent in
typical web project requirements to support IE and FF as the primary
browsers, but I'm curious to see what happens with it.

I am, it's pretty fast.. it seems a bit slow loading the first page,
but I like the minimalism.

I've already found a few "bugs" - VersionOne (Rally competitor) has
some ajax that doesn't work right and GrandCentral (a google-owned
company that does voice mail forwarding) doesn't play messages
in-browser.

There's also the EULA issues which, as expected, is a Google thing:

I'm also wondering what sort of impact it'll make - I really like how
Apple released Safari on Windows primarily to pull in Windows
developers to make iPhone apps. I can see Chrome doing the same for
Android.

I love that it takes less resources than Firefox3 and the task
manager's wonderful. Psyched "the browser" is being rethought and
redone.
