I've been sending out invitations to our monthly meetings with the time, date, and location from my Google Calendar. My intention was to make it easy for you to accept and it would be put in your calendar along with a reminder.
I've used this with Gmail and with Outlook.
I think that at least one person in the Google Group has been receiving these invitations in a format that does not contain all of the necessary information.
Please let me know if you've been receiving the invitations to our monthly meetings and if the invitation contained all of the information that you needed (time, date and address).
