- Need SQL server with dataware housing experience

- Should have atleast 7-8 years as relevant experience

- Certifications are PLUS

- Should have worked as Lead in 2 projects

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

** Expert knowledge of DW/BI based on Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and ProClarity
** Microsoft certified
** Strong analysis, architecting, design, customization and implementation experience around data modeling, dimensional modeling/data mart, cubes, ETL, data mapping etc.
** Knowledge of Public Sector Healthcare domain preferred.
** Lead position with multiple DW/BI projects ** at least a one or more in public sector .
** PMP certification and project management experience will be a bonus


Scope will include:

** DW/BI Business Requirement Analysis

1. Identify Business Dimensions & Measures
2. Identify Operational Data Sources
3. Business Score carding and Dashboard Requirements

** Design & Implement- DW ETL Process
1. Nightly ODS Update
2. Load Dimension Tables
3. Load Fact tables
4. Process Cubes
5. Auditing & Logging

** Dimensional Modeling/Data Mart
1. Dimensions ** SCD, Attributes, Hierarchies
2. Fact Tables ** Table Portioning

** Design and Implement Analysis Services Cubes
1. Calculated Measures
2. Dimensions
3. Perspectives
4. Measures

** Design and Implement ProClarity
1. ProClarity Analytics
2. Business Scorecards
3. ProClarity Dashboard
