Buenas tardes Ramón Guzmán,
Esto sucede porque la cédula no tiene un Número de Seguridad Social (NSS) asignado, en estos casos el representante registrado debe comunicarse con un representante del Centro de Asistencia Al Usuario marcando el 809-472-6363, para solicitar la asignación.
