SSLGBT also has a compatibility patch for AFT. This means I'll have a female character (Nora), a female spouse (automatically named Natalie), whom I can revive later on as I move forward with the game.
The author did some really extensive work, on making that mod work the way that it does. Unfortunately, that much extensive work, it's also very easy to get conflicts with some of the scripts involved in it. It's one of those mods that you REALLY have to start the game with a BARE MINIMUM of mods, and pretty much avoid any other mods that have scripts that fire as soon as you start the game.
Also back to the original posting..... yeah. For some reason, if the mod stops working, or goes into conflict, or is uninstalled/deactivated.... the wife reverts back to Nate. Regardless of which you choose for the playthrough during the CC. Or at least in the dual femme version. Dunno why that is.
I've been tracking female mods in a3 and each one has never either released or just use a2 women/heads.
Wanting a bit more i've decided to go ahead and make my own female meshes for a few of my projects.
The scope of this mod is the following.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention dragon!
very nice work Zephyr, glad to see someone has picked up the torch while I've been busy with life! I hope this goes well for you and don't be afraid to hit me up if you have any questions/comments/concerns relating to your project, chances are I've experienced it making Identizee too :')
If it helps, the only female radio protocol in existence is the US English one from ArmA1, so you can probably skip CSAT and other non-English speaking forces. In fact, NATO cammies are probably a better choice than CTRG now that I think of it, seeing as the latter are British.
This mod allows those playing as a female character to romance Bastila, an option available only for male player characters in the original release of the game. The female version of the romance will play out just as the male version, through talking to Bastila as your player gains experience and by choosing certain dialogue options. The romance can also be ended just as the male romance can, by choosing or avoiding certain dialogue options.
I have executed this by removing certain lines, or certain parts of lines, that lacked an alternate take for a female player, and in some cases voided the existing female versions in favor of the romance lines. I'm not entirely satisfied with all of these changes - in particular, the male version still has a lot more dialogue, and I don't think that's fair - but my priority was to make everything flow naturally, with minimal editing.
This mod patches the modules lev_m40aa, unk_m44acd, and sta_m45ac and may not be compatible with other mods that affect those areas. TSLPatcher is utilized for better compatibility, but there's never any guarantee. This mod must be installed AFTER any non-TSLPatcher mods that edit those areas.
This mod includes bug fixes for Bastila's romance scripts on the Unknown World and the Star Forge. You should NOT install another mod to fix these problems, as that would override this mod's changes that remove the gender checks.
The creator of this mod has authorized the contents of this mod for public use. Other modders are free to use and edit materials from this mod and include them in other mods. This license applies to everyone equally and no further explicit permission from the original mod creator is required, provided the terms of this license are followed.
An excellent mod. What makes this mod stand out from other female PC and Bastila romance mods is that this mod makes extra effort in preventing Bastila from referring to the female PC as a man, and by using TSLPatcher to patch the relevant dialogue files instead of hard replacing them, it helps to improve compatibility with other mods.
Look, the wonderful thing about KotOR is that every player character is valid. That being said, there's something special about Bastilla in particular--the way she and the player character are bonded. Plus BioWare put Juhani in the figurative and literal closet, so. Just yeah. Great job and thanks for your commitment to immersion.
I want to give a shout out to Skibbo, who took a different, and much more direct approach than I had been trying to get the women characters playable in FC2. Whereas I was trying, and failing, to figure out a way to ADD them to the starting roster, Skibb0 actually dug around in the asset files with a hex editor and replaced the necessary bits in the corresponding male avatars.
I didn't try the mod personally but i just wanted to say thank you for caring about females and making a mod for them so they can be able to play the game as their actual gender in real life (as girls)
I just uploaded a new mod and new files.
Download the Universal Patcher and the Play as Female Universal Patcher mod.
Follow the instructions and you should be able to integrate my mod with Dylan's Realism Mod.
I've extracted the mod from the .zip
I've tried replacing the patch files with the mod ones
I've tried removing and then placing the patch files of the mod ones
The only mod i have is Real Africa SweetFX
When I replace the files, it crashes my game when I try to load. Is there something I need to do besides replace the two files? Mods I have installed in the past work fine. I'm on Steam version in case it matters.

Forget about all the sh*tty Hannahface videos on YouT*be all the sh*tty guides that have been posted here, this is the real deal. This thread contains an unhealthy amount of autism, but trust me, it's for the best. Here, I will elaborate on all the important aspects that come into play when creating a new character and what truly matters to get a unique build since the Character Creator and the overall mechanic is an unnecessary mess. Everything from the technical aspects that are key to the tricks I've learned over the years will be poured while also addressing the most common problems people find while using the Creator, the most likely reasons that cause them and how to fix them using science and probably math or aesthetic theory. Despite its title, many of these tips and resources can be applied to male characters aswell, so let's get on with it.
Sadly I've been playing this game since Day 1 and a good chunk of that time has gone into making and remaking characters, so I kinda know how this works. Plus, there's practically no one else to listen to.
Hannahface: Sameface character who uses Hannah as its base and since it's an easy way to make an attractive character, you'll be seeing them a lot in this game. Also, YouT*be's favorite.
GTA Online has a character creation system that is probably the stupidest thing you'll ever see, but hey, it's what we're using here. Essentially, you pick two head models (each with their own facial features and skin color) and create a blend with them. Then you manipulate two sliders to define how much resemblance this blend will have to each of the former two models in order to create something that resembles a human being. From there you'll be able to tweak the facial features of your new build and then you will add cosmetic overlays such as make-up, blusher, hairstyles or other skin details to get a more unique build.
The reason to explain this is to get an idea of the sections we'll be working on and the order, a step that I deem important so we can optimize time and avoiding last minute changes that usually snowball into starting all over again. While it might seem like the cosmetic options play a more important role to get a unique look since many head models are simply unattractive, the initial head blend is the most crucial step and it shouldn't be overlooked by any means, which is why it's going to be the heaviest, most elaborate part of the guide in comparison. It's also where many observations will be made regarding the choices one is better off avoiding. We'll go deep here so you can learn how to make a Hannahface with purple eyes and white hair.
No, but seriously, if you're aiming to make a character that looks like your favorite nun at the local church or your favorite STEM researcher, just don't get your hopes up. I don't suggest going with this route since you'll be limiting yourself and the result is almost guaranteed to be unsatisfying. Keep in mind that the Online characters have horrible facial animations and the cosmetic options are limited.
It's important to keep in mind that while Online characters can be very good looking, they are attractive in their own setting, and we're better off keeping things within what the CC can offer. The only cases where I'd say go forward it's the rare instance where you can find a resemblance between your real model and the head models the game offers, but those are going to be very special cases. In other words, try to not use real models to make a build unless you see a face and your head goes "hey, that looks like..."
