Cant print out the document

Help please!
I downloaded a document and filled it out with FormulatePro and wanna print it out, put it only prints out the stuff I wrote, not the originally document with it. Even if I save it as a PDF file it is only the text that apperas, not the document itself. Any help?

Well, not knowing anything-(underlined)-about your format, OS, and version your running, I'll just throw out there what you probably already know / tried:

Instead of saving the filled in form as a PDF, print it as a PDF, normally & as an image. Then using another program, (preferably NOT the one the on that starts with an "A" and ends with a "be") open and print. If still just "fill" on the page, print to a different printer. If no other around, email it or thumb-(drive)-form it to another. Lastly, I know it may sound stupid, have you tried printing out the blank form or one page of it if very long, just to see what happens? If form "prints" out blank, try adjusting the properties, maybe change it to an image. If you can get it to print the form and the fill independently - how 'bout running it thru twice < so crazy, I know, but???

We have had such a time with newer Mac OSs (Mavericks & Yosemite) using both the paid and "free" version of the previously unmentioned A**be. Still have yet to find solution. Above troubleshooting measures also tried by us - hope you have more joy than we...
