MAC and PDF files and forms

Ok, bear with me, I have been solely responsible for the suicides of
4 PC techies. The most eduring issue was for about 30 minutes.. then
the techie choked herself.

I have a wonderful macbook, I am a project manager and have tons of
forms sent to me (email) and when i go to fill them out and send back
to the originator they loose all data. This is causeing me tons of
wasted time.

HOW do I accecpt a PDF file from a vendor and fill it in, then send
several copies to my address list? With out having to print it,
scan it back into my computer, then email it back?

There has to be a faster method. I have about 15 forms a day to fill
in and send. This is killing me.

I assume you are already using FormulatePro here, but when you mail the original PDF back you don't see any of your changes in it?

In FormulatePro, when you make changes to a PDF and save it, the file that's saved is a .formulate document (FormulatePro's native file format). To get a filled-in PDF for mailing out, what you should do is choose File->Print, then click the PDF button and choose Save As PDF. Then mail out that new PDF.

Let me know if this doesn't work or if my assumptions about what you are already doing are incorrect.
