Request to increase my field limits

I'm needing additional fields and have reached my limit. I'm doing a
pro-bono web site for our pastor's wife and am trying to keep her
services free...I've been to many sites in search for a form server/
host and felt the most confident with you, but after spending much
time creating fields for her order form, I've run out.

Each item on the order form has alot of potential variation, thus
creating a need for more fields. Each item selection requires 12 or
13 fields in order to properly identify and create a
product...currently we're only able to allow the customer to select 3
different items/options at once--we'd llike to give at least 5....that
was in our original mock-up for the order form. It's inconvient to
have to resubmit the form for every 3 products they select and we're
afraid it will deter visitors.

That being said, we're needing to be able to enter 25-30 more fields
to make this happen. Any consideration you can give to increasing the
limit of fields for us would be GREATLY appreciated.
