1000 Character Limit in Text Area

My name is Chris. Just wanted to ask a question about increasing the
character limit from 1000 to maybe 5000? I am running an advertising
web-site and I am currently using your contact forms. I understand
that the text area has 1000 characters limit. I would like an
unlimited amount of characters but for security reasons, it cannot
happen. I had to make multiple text areas to cover certian questions.
If I were to have a text area with 5000 or so, I would most likely
need only one. 5000 should be plenty? Any help?
