Scan Run Not Following Template

Can someone assist me with this issue --

The template is forgoing the parameters in terms of the outside borders.

The form I am trying to read has an extra box on the bottom footer, which is causing it to read it in error. I custom edited the template to read the actual angular corner, but when i run the image it goes to the extra box in error. Why? Anyone? I really need this program to work for me!!!

Try entering crop parameters in the settings.
