MacOS26 - FormScanner won't process more than the first test

Thank you for making FormScanner, this really seems like a great program!

My issue is that after making the template and loading student tests, when I press the 'start all images scan' button, only the first image's results get put into the outputted CSV file.  Even when I try to manually scan the second image, still only the first image's results appear in the outputted CSV file. 

Maybe this is an OS issue, as I'm using MacOS26 Tahoe.  

Does anyone else have this issue?  Do you know how to solve it?
