I have been using formscanner on a Windows 11 laptop to grade my hunter ed course for 2 years with no problems using this form.  but yesterday it simply would not bring up an image of the file under "scan single image" or even build a new template from it. The problem is not any change in the jpeg format because I have gone back and it fails to read archived images from previous courses. Has a windows update somehow obsoleted Java?

hi John,

Not sure what the problem is. I can scan this doc with no issue.  Maybe, try a different computer?
