I created a form with 47 questions and 7 options each.
Everything works fine with creating the files, the template, and the csv file.

When using the ProcessBubbles Excel file, it only uses the first 5 options and then 'other'.

Can I change the file to analyze 7 options - as in the PhysPort FMCE student pre/post evaluation?

Hi Niklas,

The attached customized version should do what you want.

HI Manoj,

If you can make your choices A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I , J, K, L M, N, O, and P, it would be an easy fix.
However, i am not sure if partial credits would still work.  Our Fall semester starts today, so I don't know how much time I'd be able to put in to update the partial credit code.

Actually, the program should work just fine as is if you just want the scores, i.e., no tabulation of the distribution of answers or color-coding of the background.

Hi Glenn

Is it possible to adapt ProcessBubbles in such a way that it could process questions with 10 answers.

Thank you,

Matthew.

Hi,

I see that it works, but I do not get the answer distributions in process bubbles, which are very valuable to me. Is there a way of adding more letters to the answer distribution? (I have 10 possible answers to my questions).

Regards,
Matthew.

Hi Matthew,

Apparently, the response I typed earlier did not post.  If you look at the Same ID thread on this forum, I posted version 2.9 in response to Manoj's post.  That version has an additional sheet where you can generate the answer distribution for any number of responses.
