Corner markers

Hello to you all;

First off, thanks a lot for creating this software, I am planning to hopefully utilize it. 

I realized that in the website there's only one excel file for forms, and in that file there are no corner markers available. 

1- Was it intended that the rest of the files (ppt and pdf) were deleted from the forms page on the website? I can export the pdf from the excel file, do I need any of the other files?

2- The forms used to include corner markers, I'm guessing we still need those despite they don't exist in the excel file. What's the best way to add the corner markers? Is there somewhere I can copy the black circles from somewhere and use them, or how can I make them myself, does the shape matter or anything? How does the program recognize those? Or was the software updated and we no longer need the black circles?
