Facing issue with reading Bar Code

Great software, congratulations to all the people that make it possible. I find it very useful and ease to use. Thank you very much.
After trying various different setting of scanner got 100% results for reading bubbles. But I am facing unusual behavior with bar code. 

It missed almost 30 bar codes from 90 . Don't know the area of problem, what setting of scanner should i use to get 100% bubbles and bar codes.

Related to bubble reading it gives 100% result with 150dpi and 100 brightness and 7 contrast setting of scanner but with this setting it read only 5 to 10 bar codes out of 90.

On 300dpi with default brightness and 4 contrast it reads almost 30 out of 90 but on this setting bubbles accuracy becomes 70%.

A sample bar code is attached. 

I am using  Cannor Scanner DR-G100.

I have tried following DPI setting on scanner.

150,200,300,240,300

and in form scanner software

Threshold=128

Density=60

Marker Shape=circle

Marker Size = 20

corner marker type= angular

Please let me know how to read 100% bubbles and bar codes with less image size.

which setting on scanner should I use.

and which setting on software should I use.
