Hi,
I have noticed that some bubbles are noticed and some are not on the sheet by the utility, though all of them are almost alike. Why this is happening?

It seems that your template is off.

Those green (or red) dots that you see should only be inside the circle. Try to recreate a template.

Hi Joeri,
I recreated the template but no luck. Same thing happens. But I figured out where is the problem (of course, thanks for your suggestion). It is with "form". Three rows out of all had slightly different row height and due to this, positions of bubbles were changing slightly in the outcome. Thanks once again, you saved my efforts (after printing forms).

Regards,
Manoj

I have been testing and I get the same problem. I am scanning the images on a flat-bed scanner at 600 dpi. FormScanner doesn't seem to recognize the large circles on the edges of the page.

When I made the template I had to move the green lines to the edges of the circles because it was looking like it does in the attached image. After I make the template, will it save the edge positions or not?

I was able to fix the problem. I changed the black circles to right angles and FormScanner is picking them up when I make the template.
