안녕하세요 개발자님, 이 프로그램을 설치하려고 하는데 이 오류 메시지가 표시되어 질문이 있습니다. 최신 버전의 Java 및 기타 프로그램을 설치할 수 없는데도 설치할 수 없는 이유를 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

Hello developer, I'm trying to install this program, but this error message is displayed and I have a question. I would appreciate it if you could tell me why you can't install the latest version of Java and other programs.

I am not the developer but a community user but I wish to advise... I don't think the project is still actively developed or maintained so the built binaries require an older version of Java.

That being said,  the source code is available https://sourceforge.net/p/formscanner/code/ci/default/tree/ so you can clone and rebuild it yourself with the latest version of Java fixing any errors along the way.
