Field Order

First let me say this is a great software tool. I have been using my own home-grown OMR software for some time, (a mash-up of ImageJ macros and R scripts, about which I will post at some future date) but it would be hard to share with others, so I'm trying to figure this out. It runs fine until I try to run process bubbles. I keep getting odd output in process bubbles, and I tracked it down to the order the results are presented in the .csv file - my ID's are presented in front of the answers rather than v/v. (See text below). I assume I have some problem with the template, but I can't figure out what it might be.

I am have the same problem too. It is processing my ID first then answers second. This is getting annoying.

Hi Franklin,

When making your template, you have to set up the field for the ID last.  Then, the ID numbers will show up last in the CSV entries.  ProcessBubbles looks for these last digits to find the ID#.

Update - I finally figured it out. The filed names are read in alphabetical order. So if my 2 fields are "Questions" and "ID" then the IDs are returned before the questions. If they are named "1-Questions" and "2-ID" then the questions are returned first.

The answer given below (order of entry in the template creation) does not square with my experience.
