Some of the pictures are not read in the program

In a batch of pictures scanned by the same scanner, some of the pictures did not show up in the preview screen and no results were shown afterwards. 

Would like to know how to ensure that not a single form is missed...

Zoom settings... of the images?

The problem is the "Image" window does not show up, as shown in the following full screenshot

The problem is the image window does not show up at all, as shown in the following full screenshot

While for some of the lucky image within the same batch of images, the image window and result window COULD show up

And in the end, only the results of that lucky image could be exported

We are quite puzzled about the criteria of being a lucky image......
