Formr Problem whit mail delivery

Dear all, 
this morning I sent the "thank you emails" to our Subjects and had to manually correct a Position, from wich the mails were sent to. Since that i've became more than 100 "thank you mails", which were referred to another Subject, but were sent to my address. We have deleted the position and replaced it with a new identical one. However, this did not solve the problem. The multiple mails are also not visible in the logs.
Is there a way to solve this problem?
