early survey termination: is there a way to pick up from where left off?

Hi there,

A participant accidentally shut down the whole computer and since the survey was running in a private browser, they lost their place in the survey. Is there a way for me to start their survey from where they left off?

Hi Madeleine,

if you can identify the user under user details, you could click on the little detective which will open their session. Do not enter any data. Then copy-paste the link from your browser and send it to the participant. That should work. See screenshot attached.
